You are embarking on something extraordinary. Sixth form is where you start to choose for yourself: the subjects you love, the route that suits the way you learn, and the step you want to take after school.
Worth Sixth Form is built on the Benedictine belief that every person has value and potential, and deserves to be properly known. That is why, at Worth, you will specialise, be challenged and discover who you truly are, with care and support at every step.
Classes average 10, so lessons are conversations rather than lectures, and every sixth former has a personal tutor who knows their ambitions and what it will take to reach them.
You choose the route. Over 20 A Level subjects, the International Baccalaureate Diploma, which we have taught since 2002, and BTECs in Business and Sports Science studied alongside A Levels. Worth is one of the few schools in the UK to offer a genuine choice of curricula in the Sixth Form.
The standards are high, and you set your own. In 2026, 53% of grades across A Level, IB and BTEC were A* to A, and our IB Diploma students have averaged 36 points over the last ten years.
Beyond the timetable there is a celebrated lecture programme, the Academic Scholars’ Society and tailored guidance for universities in the UK and overseas, including Oxbridge, Ivy League and Medicine. Leadership and service are part of everyday life, from mentoring younger pupils to ambassador, charity and house roles.
All of this happens in 500 acres of West Sussex countryside at Turners Hill, alongside a living Benedictine monastery.
Come and see for yourself on Friday 6 November.

An average class size of 10, and a personal tutor who knows you, your ambitions and what it will take to get you there.
Choose from A Levels, IB and BTECs, guided by where you want to go next.
Leadership and service are part of Sixth Form life at Worth, from mentoring younger pupils and acting as an ambassador to charity work and house or school roles. Our Benedictine tradition teaches that the best leaders serve first, and this will show on your UCAS statement and CV.
Open, inquiring, reflective and balanced: the habits of mind you will build here carry from A Level to degree to career.
Excellence is yours to define, and we will support you every step of the way.
Come and see for yourself at our Sixth Form Open Evening on Friday 6 November. on Friday 6 November.
An evening to see Worth Sixth Form for yourself. Meet the Head of Sixth Form and our subject teachers, talk to current sixth formers about life here, and look at the A Level, IB and BTEC routes side by side. Bring every question you have, about subjects, universities, boarding and what a typical week looks like

Over 20 A Level subjects, most students taking three. A Levels suit students who want to specialise, and they are the natural route for Medicine, Veterinary Science, Engineering, music conservatoires and art schools. Many add the Extended Project Qualification, worth half an A Level.
Taught at Worth since 2002, with a ten-year average of 36 points. Six subjects, three at Higher Level, plus Theory of Knowledge, the Extended Essay and Creativity, Activity and Service. A broad, demanding programme, highly regarded by universities in the UK and overseas
BTEC Level 3 qualifications in Business and, from 2026/27, Sports Science, each worth one A Level and studied alongside two A Levels. Assessed through practical assignments as well as exams, and a strong route to university or employment.

Worth leavers go on to competitive universities in the UK and Europe, Canada and the USA. Recent destinations include Durham, Edinburgh, Imperial College London, King’s College London, UCL and Warwick, and, overseas, KU Leuven, Maastricht and the Technical University of Munich. Apprenticeships and school leaver schemes are supported just as carefully.
Set in 500 acres of beautiful countryside, Worth is “an oasis of peace and calm” but at the same time academically ambitious; a vibrant community where fun accompanies hard work, where shared values shape who we are.
